Registration and payments

Participant registration, purchases and payments take place on SpurrOpen, not on this website. Review the privacy information and terms supplied there before submitting personal information or payment.

Sponsorship inquiries

The sponsorship form prepares an email in your email application. You review and send it yourself. The form does not save entries to a website database or browser storage. The message is addressed to the school with the PTA Gmail copied.

External services

This site links to SpurrOpen and Google Maps and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy practices. If a font does not load, your browser uses a fallback font.

Event policies

Final participation terms, guardian requirements, withdrawal/refund arrangements and postponement/cancellation instructions must be confirmed by the organisers. Review the terms at registration. This page does not create a liability waiver.
